Shipping Policy

We're delighted to bring ODDAY to your doorstep across India. This policy explains how we process and deliver orders.

4.1 Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed during sales or peak periods may take slightly longer.

4.2 Delivery timelines

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Metro cities: approximately 3–7 business days.
• Other locations: approximately 5–10 business days.

These timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. ODDAY is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, remote pin codes, weather, operational disruptions or other factors beyond our control.

4.3 Shipping charges

We do not offer free shipping.Any applicable COD or convenience charges are also shown at checkout.

4.4 Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we'll share tracking details by email and/or SMS. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to become active.

4.5 Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delayed or not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or repeated failed delivery attempts. If a parcel is returned to us for such reasons, any re-shipping cost is payable by the customer, and any refund (where applicable) is subject to our Return & Refund Policy and may be net of shipping costs.

4.6 Damaged or tampered parcels in transit

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it, or report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and an unboxing video. Verified cases are handled under Section 1.4 of our Return & Refund Policy.

4.7 Multiple shipments

Items in a single order may occasionally be shipped separately. You will not be charged extra for this.

4.8 International shipping

At present, ODDAY ships within India only. We do not currently accept international orders.
