1. Return & Refund Policy

At ODDAY, every piece is designed and quality-checked with care. We want you to love what you receive. This policy explains when and how returns, exchanges and refunds work. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1.1 Return & exchange window

Requests to return or exchange an eligible item must be raised within 7 days of delivery by emailing orders@shopodday.com with your order number and reason. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.

1.2 Conditions for an eligible return

To be accepted, an item must be returned in its original, resaleable condition — that is:

• unworn, unwashed and unused, with no stains, odours, marks or signs of wear;
• all original tags, labels and stickers attached and intact;
• returned in the original packaging along with the invoice/order confirmation.

Every returned item is inspected by our quality team. Items that fail this quality check — including worn, washed, altered, damaged-by-use items, or items missing tags or packaging — will not be accepted. Such items will be shipped back to you, and any reshipping cost is payable by you.

1.3 Our preferred resolution: exchange or store credit

For change-of-mind, wrong-size or fit-related returns, we offer a size exchange (subject to stock) or store credit in the form of a credit note valid for 6 months. This is usually faster for you and is our preferred way to resolve such requests. A monetary refund for change-of-mind returns is at ODDAY's discretion.

1.4 Items that are defective, damaged, wrong or not as described

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, materially different from its description, or not the item you ordered, you are fully protected. Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographs (and, where possible, an unboxing video). Once verified, we will, at your choice, replace the item or issue a full refund of the item value, and we bear the return shipping cost.

1.5 Non-returnable items

For hygiene, customisation and clearance reasons, the following are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges:

• innerwear, vests, briefs and any intimate apparel;
• socks and similar hygiene-sensitive accessories;
• items marked "Final Sale", "Clearance" or sold at a special/promotional discount;
• customised, personalised or made-to-order items;
• gift cards and store credit.

This exclusion does not apply where such an item is genuinely defective, damaged or wrong — in those cases Section 1.4 applies.

1.6 Return shipping

• Change-of-mind, size or fit returns: return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer.
• Defective, damaged, wrong or not-as-described items: return shipping is paid by ODDAY.

1.7 Refund method and timeline

Where a monetary refund is approved, it is processed after the returned item passes our quality check. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval; the time for the amount to reflect in your account thereafter depends on your bank, card issuer or payment provider and is governed by applicable Reserve Bank of India timelines. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer (you'll be asked for account details) or as store credit.

Shipping and handling charges, COD charges, and any gift-wrap or convenience fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error under Section 1.4.

1.8 Order cancellations

You may request cancellation only before the order is dispatched, by emailing us promptly. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled as a return under this policy. ODDAY also reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors or other reasonable grounds; in such cases any amount paid is refunded in full.

1.9 Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative, store credit or, where applicable, a refund.
